Olive Dressing(Delicious for cole slaw dressing, or to top raw or cooked veggies)
1 c water ½ soy milk powder (we recommend reregular Soy Supreme brand) ½ tsp salt 1 tsp onion powder ¼ c extra virgin olive oil ½ c pitted olives (we found tree-ripened green ones to be yummy!) 4 tsp lemon juice
Follow directions as the previous recipe, but add olives last and blend for five seconds. Stir in lemon juice, and chill.
