Prior to or on the day of arrival, the patient (or person financially responsible) must make a deposit of $2,850. $200.00 per day is the base rate for the room, food and nursing care. Everything else is in addition to the room and board fee. These additional costs include but are not limited to: doctor’s visits, labs, x-rays, medication, supplies, herbs, hydrotherapy treatments, massage, etc.It cannot be predicted what the costs of hospitalization will be, as they vary according to the needs of the patient. The patient may request an itemized statement at any time. All charges are taken from the deposit. When the deposit has been almost depleted, another deposit will be required to cover additional costs for the continued service.

After discharge all charges are reviewed by the Business Office and any fees not collected while the patient was in the hospital will be billed to the patient.

Wildwood does not participate in Medicare or insurance programs. Therefore, we must request the initial payment and ongoing payments to cover all expenses. Upon request, we will compose and mail a UB-04 claim form TO YOU. You will need to submit this to your insurance company, and the insurance company will then reimburse you according to your coverage.
